Automatic listing import from Telegram channels

Connect your Telegram channel to Domovik and the system will automatically find and import new listings.

After you publish a listing in your channel, Domovik:

• creates a property listing on the website
• detects key property details (rooms, area, floor, price, and other attributes)
• determines the district and location
• generates the listing description
• uploads photos
• updates the listing when the Telegram post changes

You do not need to manually move listings between Telegram and the website — just keep working in your usual channel.

Client requests

Clients publish requests to buy, rent, sell, or lease property. Agents with a REALTY profile see them in the New clients tab.

Each request includes deal type, area, budget, and preferences. You respond in Domovik chat — no cold calling or sharing your phone upfront.

If you represent a client, create a request on their behalf — it will be marked as a request from an agent.

No matching property in your database? Other agents in your region see the request and can suggest options while you stay in touch with the client on the platform.

Access to partner channels

Some Telegram channels allow listing publication through Domovik.

This gives agents additional placements for listings without negotiating with each channel separately.
